IMS gives high priority to after sales service: our Customer Support covers the complete range of services to keep your production line up and running. And when something does go wrong, we are just an e-mail away.
We offer you the desired service during the project as well as during installation and validation of the production line. After we have installed the production line to your satisfaction, we are at your disposal for further maintenance and service during the entire lifetime of the production line.
A production failure occurs, now what?
Just contact our Customer Support via e-mail. If possible, we will fix the problem remotely. In case the given solution is not sufficient, we will have a service engineer at your site as soon as possible. We make sure that you are taken care of and will receive fast and competent troubleshooting every time a production failure comes up. Although that won’t be very often, of course.
