Integrated Photonics

Integrated Photonics is all about our equipment for high-precision positioning of Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs), enabling you to optimize your back-end processes and reduce your costs. Our fiber array unit combines the latest technologies on automatic fiber placement. Our Photonic Test Prober (PTP) and Photonic Visual Inspection Tool (PVIT) are part of the MEKOPP project.

Array V1000

Most commonly used Fiber array units apply V-groove substrates with a 250 µm or 127 µm pitch. The number of fibers (channels) depend on the application. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements on integrated photonics.

Sirius 600

Our Photonic Test Prober (PTP) supports fast, simultaneous PIC optical and electrical testing. Sirius is made for functional PIC testing.

Helios is designed to be compatible with the same base platform as Sirius. Our Photonic Test Prober. Helios provides you with multiple testing and metrology options when required. Also, as with Sirius, Helios is designed for high throughput. Ready to take you steps ahead to the future of Integrated Photonics.
